The Williamstown Farmers Market (WFM) is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) and actively works to incorporate these principles into our policies, operations, and community building efforts.

This includes recognizing the systemic and cultural barriers that are present in our food system and working to address barriers within the control of the Williamstown Farmers Market.

With the principles of DEIA in mind, the WFM welcomes all members of the community, works to ensure that the market is accessible, strives to reduce barriers for those experiencing food insecurity, and seeks to provide a safe and inclusive community gathering space for all.

The Williamstown Farmers Market does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religious belief, gender identity, age, national or ethnic origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, nor will the WFM permit harassment in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, the appointment to and termination from its Board of Directors, hiring and firing of staff or contractors, selection and expulsion of vendors, patrons, and volunteers, and providing services.
